Meadowsweet
Helps digestion, heartburn and acid reflux, protects lining of the gut
Relieves headaches and aids insomnia
Rich in Vitamin C, iron, calcium and magnesium
Relieves arthritic pain and gout
Anti inflammatory and will help bring out rashes in eruptive infections suchas chickenpox
